Educational Assessment

Children are assessed three times a year to determine their progress in the development of their cognitive, language, social-emotional, daily living, and fine and gross motor skills.

Individualization of Instruction

Educare recognizes that each child’s pattern of development may vary. Thus activities are designed to allow each child to be successful while encouraging them to move on to the next stage of development.

"Parents, teachers, and caregivers promote development when they create learning experiences that build on and extend that child’s competence-experience that are challenging, but within reach.”

Emphasis on Language and Literacy

Language and literacy activities are integrated into all aspects of the day.

Emphasis on Social Skill Development

Educare believes that in order for children to be successful throughout their school careers, they must be able to follow basic social rules and believe in their ability to succeed.
